DO YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
Follow these 3 easy steps

ENTER YOUR CLIENT AREA
1.1 Go to the section My orders
1.2 Choose the order you want to return, click on the double arrow icon. .
1.3 Select the products you want to return, explain the reason for your return and click on Request Return*
* You have 14 calendar days, from the day after you receive your order, to make the return and send it to the address that appears in point 3.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL
2.1 Print this email* containing the information you selected in step 1
If you do not have a printer, you can copy all the information by hand on a piece of paper. All the data of the email you receive must be included.
* You must include it in the return package
3.
PREPARE AND SEND YOUR PACKAGE
3.1 Insert the garments to be returned and the document from step 2 into it.
It is important that the products arrive in the same state in which you received them, so that we accept the return
